Joe's Priorities
NO COMMUNITY LEFT BEHIND.
Expose, Audit, & Repair.

EXPOSE
Before we can fix what’s broken, we have to be honest about what’s really going on. That means bringing hidden decisions, backroom deals, and wasteful spending into the light. Residents must see where their money is going. Exposing the truth is the first step to restoring trust and making
government work for the people again.

AUDIT
Real accountability starts with a true, independent audit that uncovers fiscal and operational decisions. We are not just talking about the numbers, but how this government actually operates. We will take a hard look at spending, contracts, and performance to understand what’s working, what’s broken, and where taxpayer money is being wasted. We need to put an end to the unethical decision-making, nepotism, and conflicts of interest.

REPAIR
Once we know what’s broken, we fix it. It starts with the basics people rely on every day. That means fixing potholes, improving snow removal, restoring transparency, and making government responsive again. Repair isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about delivering real results and making government work the way it should for every community.

NO COMMUNITY LEFT BEHIND
Every decision we make will be guided by one principle: every neighborhood, every resident matters. That means prioritizing underserved communities while ensuring veterans, seniors, young families, and children receive the services, investment, and respect they deserve. No more favoritism,
no more political insiders.

Life of Service
Joe enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1996, alongside his twin brother, following a family tradition of military service. He was determined to use the G.I. Bill to become one of the first Scianablos to graduate from college. Joe’s Marine Corps career took him around the world, where he participated in humanitarian missions in East Timor and Eritrea and developed the mental toughness and leadership skills that would define his future.
But it was the aftermath of 9/11 that made Joe more committed than ever to continue his service. In 2003, he deployed to Iraq as a Sergeant, leading Marines through the chaos and devastation of combat. His experiences—saving a fellow Marine from suicide, comforting an Iraqi mother who had lost her child, and attending the funerals of fallen brothers—left him with a profound understanding of both the cost of war and the urgent need for leadership rooted in compassion and integrity.
